Our system

Wood has been the main construction material for years. In America, Canada and Scandinavia timber frame (HSB) is the most frequently used construction method and has been perfected more and more. Contrary to many peoples belief, the quality of HSB is at least as good as traditional construction and when the house is constructed you won’t see any difference. A lot of the preparation takes place inside the factory which makes fast completion possible. The advantages of prefabrication inside the factory are obvious:

• not depending on weather which means no delay can be caused by this
• thanks to constant conditions in the factory the quality is constant and guaranteed
• thanks to (computer) regulated production every part is produces with more accuracy
• the construction time itself will be a lot less since the different parts only have to be fixed to each other
• most of the moisture had already disappeared in the factory. Everyone living in a newly constructed property knows that it takes months before all the moisture used in the concrete, cement, plaster etc. has disappeared
• the costs will not exceed the upfront agreed budget because during the actual construction no adjustments can or will be made. Therefore good preparation is essential!

Experience

Our system is being used around the world for over 50 years. In Italy, over 3300 houses have been built, in Turkey about 700. You can also find our system in Greece, Switzerland, Spain and Austria. After the 1963 earthquake in Skopje, in a timeframe of five months over 2000 properties and 53 other objects have been constructed. In total over 1.500.000m² constructed area has been built.

Over 200 co-workers make sure that every project will be finished in time, from the preparation and the construction until the completion.

This system is specifically suited for construction in earthquake and tornado sensitive areas, since this system is better resistant to seismic instability. In the next few months projects in Bonaire and Curacao will be started.

Safety and quality

TNO and NIBRA ( Dutch Institute for fire brigade and calamity-control) came to the conclusion that after frequent research the applied HSB system is fully secure for fire. The construction is certified by the Otto Graff Institute (MPA) in Stuttgart (Germany). Also considering durability you do not need to worry. All used materials are frequently tested and protected. That is the advantage of working with famous brands such as Isover^®, Fermacell^®, Knauf^®, Milfas^®, VBI^® en microreflex system^®.

Insulation

Our system guarantees that the house will be very economical on energy. Due to quality insulation and ventilation. Because the house has low mass, there will be no cold radiation. Therefore the feeling of comfort will increase during winter. During summer all rooms will stay cool and fresh. Because of the high insulation our villas will be suitable for extremely warm as well as very cold areas.
